Hudson Bays was founded in 1997 by Mark Hudson in order to help clients and individuals to develop and grow their businesses or themselves.

Mark’s 35 year career has included senior advisory roles at major consulting firms, main board roles at listed, PE backed and start-up companies, and NED and charitable trustee positions.

These include:

• 9 years at Bain & Company, being promoted to partner
• Commercial Director at Welcome Break and Trading Director at Iceland
• 16 years as a partner in the PwC Deals Advisory Team. This period included being chairman of the PwC UK Supervisory Board
• Trustee of the DFN Project Search charity
